With over 20 years in lending and a lifetime of leading with heart, I help people feel at home in every sense of the word.

Hi, I’m Marni Ilyse Rivera—founder of Marni’s Mortgage, Kindness U, and the heart behind Marni’s House. I’m a mentor, mortgage advisor, and community builder. Most importantly, a proud mother to four incredible kids who inspire so much of what I do.

What began as a career helping families secure loans has grown into a purpose-driven life rooted in kindness and service. I’ve built a business grounded in integrity offering outside-the-box lending solutions, empowering first-time buyers, and creating experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and deeply supportive.

Along the way, I launched a nonprofit to mobilize volunteers, a platform to champion everyday kindness, and a brand that brings all my passions together in one mission: to make people feel seen, supported, and celebrated—whether they’re navigating a mortgage or simply needing a little hope.

From mortgages to mentorship, fashion to faith, kindness is the common thread. My goal is simple: to help people feel at home in their finances, their communities, and themselves.

What started small has grown into something more meaningful than I could’ve imagined and we’re just getting started.
